Sudden Cardiac Arrest

My husband suffered a sudden cardiac arrest when he was 27. I was the first responder, as he and I were running a half marathon together when he collapsed. He made a full recovery, but it was the most frightening day of my life.

I am the co-founder of the Oregon Chapter of the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation. I am proud to support patients and their families that have suffered from cardiac arrest, and to help them find ways to recover and thrive.
